Stainless Steel 13-8

13-8Mo is a vacuum-melted, precipitation hardening stainless known for its superior strength and toughness. Double vacuum melting lends this alloy to critical aircraft, nuclear and rocket engine parts. The controlled chemistry of the AMS 5934 version yields higher fracture toughness and charpy impact values.
