Many times when working on Jeep Wrangler projects and turning them into awesome backcountry vehicles, the front end needs to be improved with a few parts.

Beef up the OE Rubicon Dana 44 with synergy ball joints, knuckle gussets, and inner axle sleeves to make the housing stronger.

RCV CV axles with 300M inner shafts are stronger than the stock, with 300M being a low alloy, vacuum melted steel of very high strength.

Generally used in aircraft landing gear and airframe components, 300M is essentially a modified AISI 4340 steel with silicon, vanadium and slightly greater carbon and molybdenum content than 4340.
