Inconel 601 Tube Pipe

Inconel 601 Tube Pipe (UNS N06601) is a standard engineering material and has a great resistance to heat and corrosion. Inconel 601 Tube Pipe also has high strength and good workability. Inconel 601 Tube Pipe can be hardened and strengthened only by cold work. Inconel 601 can be used in the heat-treating industry for muffles, furnace components, and for heat-treating baskets and trays. Available forms are seamless pipe, welded pipe, seamless tube, welded tube, bar, wire, sheet, plate, forgings, pipe fittings and flanges.

Inconel Alloy 690

Inconel Alloy 690 has good ductility and may be readily formed by all conventional methods. Because the alloy is stronger than regular steel it requires more powerful equipment to accomplish forming. Heavy-duty lubricants should be used during cold forming. It is essential to thoroughly clean the part of all traces of lubricant after forming as embitterment of the Inconel Alloy 690 may occur at high temperatures if lubricant is left on.

Inconel Incoloy 909 901 903

Inconel Incoloy 909 901 903 (Inconel 909) is a nickel-iron-cobalt alloy. With a silicon addition Inconel 909 results in improved notch-rupture and tensile properties that are achieved with less-restrictive processing and significantly shorter heat treatments. Standard product forms of Inconel 909 are round, flats, forging stock, extruded section, sheet, and wire. Inconel 909 is a nickel-iron cobalt alloy whose outstanding characteristics are a constant low coefficient of thermal expansion, a constant modulus of elasticity, and high strength.
