The third largest commercial planemaker in the world, Brazil’s Embraer SA, recently announced the company has ordered 50 next-generation E-175 jets from Republic Airways for a staggering $2.1 billion.
Embraer said the planes will be under the United Express brand and operated by United Airlines.
